TERMS & CONDITIONS – Explore Wild India (Kanha National Park Safari Booking)
Welcome to Explore Wild India. By accessing and using our website https://ExploreWildIndia.com,
you agree to abide by all the Terms & Conditions mentioned below. The term “You” refers to any visitor,
user, or customer accessing our platform, while “We/Us/Company” refers to Explore Wild India,
a Balaghat-based travel service provider specializing in Kanha National Park safaris.
These Terms & Conditions ensure transparency, smooth processing, and a safe experience for all our guests.
1. Jeep Safari & Canter Safari – Payment Policy
- All payments made for Jeep Safari and Canter Safari bookings are 100% non-refundable.
- In case of current (tatkal) booking, charges will be refunded only if the booking fails or the Forest Department does not confirm the permit.
- Once a permit is confirmed, no changes, cancellation, or refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
2. Liabilities & Limitations
After finalizing the tour/service cost, if there are changes in:
- Forest Department permit fees
- Taxes or government charges
- Fuel rates
- Guide fees
These revised costs will be charged additionally and must be paid by the visitor at the time of entry.
3. Current / Tatkal Booking for Kanha National Park
- Booking request must be submitted at least one day in advance.
- 100% confirmation is not guaranteed due to limited availability.
- Safari zones are allotted by forest authorities, and visitors may receive any one of the Kanha zones.
- We try to accommodate preferred zones, but specific zone allocation cannot be assured.
4. Important Guidelines for Kanha Safari Booking
- Full advance payment is necessary to secure safari bookings.
- A valid government ID proof is mandatory for each visitor.
- Confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The same ID proof used during booking must be carried on safari day.
- Safaris can be booked maximum 90 days in advance.
- Passport details are compulsory for foreign tourists.
- Permits are issued first-come, first-served.
- Park may close due to weather or forest orders.
- Any hike in fees before entry must be paid by visitors.
- Visitors must report 15 minutes before safari time.
- Next-day bookings are treated as current bookings.
5. Refund Policy (Unused or Cancelled Services)
- Refund is processed as per cancellation guidelines.
- Processing time: 7 business days by Explore Wild India.
- Bank settlement: 2–4 weeks (depending on bank).
- Bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Agency Role & Third-Party Services
Explore Wild India acts as a booking facilitator for:
- Hotels
- Transporters
- Guides
- Airlines
- Forest Department permits
All services follow the provider’s respective policies.
7. Itinerary Modifications
Actual itineraries may change due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road situations
- Wildlife movement
- Participant’s safety concerns
- Forest authority directions
8. Rate Fluctuations
Rates are based on quotations from hotels, transporters, and airlines.
If they revise prices without notice, our prices will also be revised.
9. Situations Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or extra expenses due to:
- Natural disasters
- Wildlife movement
- Political unrest
- Transport breakdown
- Weather issues
- Accidents or emergencies
- Strikes
- Forest department closures
10. Personal Safety, Belongings & Insurance
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury.
- Visitors should arrange their own travel insurance.
- All belongings are visitor’s responsibility.
